When The Cock Inn, Ringmer first came to us, they had no food photos - yet this fine free-house is known for its excellent gastro-pub food. So our first task was to do what we do best: photographing good food, live at the business premises. It's a hard job, as we have no control over what food is going to be up next, and only seconds to photograph it before it's whisked off to the hungry customer. In a small, busy kitchen we also have to make sure we stay out of the way. But when the food looks good enough to eat, it's not difficult to make it look every bit as tasty as it is - without painting it. That's why we specialise in restaurant & catering photography, where reality and authenticity is key.
